Relays are used to withdraw USDT to accounts that do not have a USDT balance. Relays send withdrawal transactions, and members of this website can use the withdrawal amount (the protocol itself does not charge any fees). Relays cannot change any withdrawal data, including the recipient address. The initial developers of USDT TRC20 do not control or participate in any relay transactions.
